General Recommendations
Inspect Packages for Damage when Received:
Check all boxes or cartons for external damage when the shipper delivers them to you. Inform the shippers agent (driver) if you suspect any product damage. That person will help document damages and provide any necessary forms. We recommend that you do not refuse delivery as claims can usually be handled more quickly between you and the manufacturer than if handled by the shipper.
Save Shipping Materials:
Always keep all boxes or cartons that product(s) are packed in when you receive them. Also, keep all packing materials from inside the box or carton. You will need these items if it becomes necessary to send the product back to the manufacturer.
Inspect Contents:
Using the manufacturers documentation provided with your product(s) check the contents of all packages for completeness. Also check for any damaged components or parts.
