The Bayou Classic High Pressure Cooker features a full 360° wind screen surrounding the cast iron propane gas burner. The High Pressure Cooker is designed with a 14" diameter cooking surface and welded steel frame with wide leg stance to safely hold stockpots of up to 100 qt capacity.
