Approx. 4 - 6oz servings
Prep Time: Sauce - 5 min, Grill - 6 to 10 min.
Sauce:
Chop or crush garlic and combine with butter, Kitchen Bouquet, and meat tenderizer in a microwavable container. Melt the combination in the microwave and stir well.
Grilling:
Get a HOT bed of charcoal burning on your barbeque grill. Coals should be hot enough that you cannot hold your hand over the grill for more than 2 seconds.
Place the steak directly over the coals on the center of the grill and cook for 3 minutes (more time if steak is larger). Brush 1/2 of the sauce on the steak as it is grilling. NOTE, fire will flame up and smoke. This is desirable.
After 3-5 minutes flip the steak over and brush on the remaining sauce. Again, grill for 3-5 minutes and remove from grill.
Let steak sit for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
NOTE: Must use a charcoal grill! You will need a HOT fire! The hot coals sear in juice and flavor and the sauce will tenderize the steak.
