Cream Cheese Deviled Eggs

Makes 24 Deviled Eggs

Peel hard boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise, put the yolks into a mixing bowl and place the whites, socket side up, on serving dish.

Mash the yolks together with the vinegar, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, cayenne, salt, and pepper until smooth. If the mixture seems too dry, add a touch more mayo.

Using a spoon, or pastry bag with a star tip, generously fill the sockets in the egg white halves with the egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and chill before serving.
